20+ years turning ambiguity into working systems
Rushd is a solo consultancy led by Faraz Fookeer — Senior BA and Product Owner
with two decades across buy-side and sell-side financial institutions, specialising
in front-office systems, collateral management, fixed income, and repo trading
technology. Currently completing an MA in AI Ethics & Society at Birkbeck,
University of London.
The name Rushd (رُشد) means right guidance in Arabic — the capacity to discern
the correct path through complexity. It reflects how I work: cutting through
ambiguity to deliver systems that people actually use.
